Happy thanksgiving, guys...

Just wanted to write something before I get started on my final trip to the market before I start cooking.... Pies & hors d'oeuvres come together tonight... veggies get chopped, turkey continues to thaw, machines/cutting boards/tools get lined up, knives get sharpened... If any of y'all have cooked a Thanksgiving meal before, you know the drill...
... Basically, I'm gonna try and do as much stuff as possible tonight.... Even if I do, I know that I'm gonna have all 4 burners and my oven rolling at once in my small-assed kitchen tomorrow, so it should be interesting... I'm even gonna grab some firewood and do some cooking on my Franklin stove in the backyard!!!... I'll tell y'all how that works out!... heh, heh...

anyway, here's to you my friends, my constant readers and my new/old friends... I give you my thanks... You all make me a very rich man!...
