A message to new (and as it turns out ) old friends

Okay.... a relatively innocent dip into some friends "friend" lists has led to a more-or-less tidal wave of old acquaintances reaching out and re-connecting with me... wow.... I have to say, I haven't had this many people to talk to online since I initially signed up for MySpace not 2 ½ years ago... i am truly overwhelmed... and honestly... truly grateful... My cup runneth over...

So, to all y'all who might be visiting for the 1^st time;

Welcome!... Look around!... Make yourself comfortable.... Do you have a blog/business/charity that you want me to link to? Just say the word and I'll link to it in the side bar....

Otherwise, please read up... I'm in the midst of a garden journal, so in the next few weeks or so I'll finish that up... I'll normally post here at least a few times a year (unless I get a wild hair up my butt and decide to write more, that is...)... Don't be afraid to comment on postings, or ask questions... I also invite you to both my Flickr site as well as my MySpace . ... I'm always up to something and love to get feedback or catch up....

and I won't bite... hard....... ;-)

So far I've been fortunate enough to recognize all of you guys who've contacted me, but if others decide to, please introduce yourself (i.e. pretend I'm stupid.)... Some of you might have known me from my high school/teenage years.... If this is the case, please don't be offended if I don't recognize you right away, especially if you have like, a new married name or other identity change... Be as specific as possible... I probably will remember you... just maybe not right away, m'kay?

Also, as was the case with probably most of you, high school was a very dark time in my life, and my subconscious has probably spent a great deal of energy blotting bits of it out... Faces and names might have been lost ( if only temporarily) as well... so, I do apologize in advance if that's the case...
